Made for Northland life
Plans flex around humid summers, school holidays, and the odd cyclone weekend—without pretending every week looks the same.
What we do
Luminouskne runs eight-week cohort cycles from our Tikipunga studio. Each cycle blends facilitated studio time, printable planners, and optional voice-note check-ins between sessions.
We focus on repeatable anchors—wake windows, movement snacks, meal-prep blocks—not streaks or leaderboard hype.
What we do not do
Our programmes are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic services. We do not prescribe diets, treat conditions, or promise particular outcomes. You set your own goals and pace.
Studio philosophy
Brutalist clarity guides our space: visible schedules, paper boards, and straight-talking signage. Groups stay small so facilitators remember names and real-world constraints.
Materials you keep
Every participant receives a cadence card, milestone stickers, and a closing archive folder. Digital copies are available on request—nothing is locked behind an app login.
